Cadnetics was commissioned to provide the Pittsburgh Sports and Exhibition Authority with a computer-generated flythrough animation of the new Convention Center, which was then under construction. The animation was to be used as a basis for the marketing of convention services. Cadnetics involvement spanned the entire project, from storyboarding to the final edit. Cadnetics worked closely with project architects, Rafael Vinoly and Associates, in the creation of the computer model, as well as providing all finishes. The final deliverable was an autorun CD-ROM of the presentation, designed to be used in sales presentations, as well as a stand-alone piece.
