The Team Leader of BIM Services reports directly to the Director. This individual directs and coordinates all activities for the BIM division and assists the Vice President in recommending departmental procedures and long-range goals for the department. Also, Team Leader is involved in the strategy, process, modeling and coordination on all projects. This person has knowledge of MEP Systems, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Revit, and Navisworks and an understanding of construction documents. Team Leader of BIM Services will create, delegate and monitor all tasks for the project to ensure progress is being maintained towards the project agreement, goals, and objectives. Confers with Director to review project statuses and discuss required adaptations to meet the project goals or objectives as a result of current status and conditions. Manages Technology Specialists and assists with production of all projects in BIM division as needed. The individual in the position has a top priority of making sure all projects are done on time and in budget.
Architecture Drafter / CAD Designer
Pittsburgh, PA
We are looking to add to our team an Architectural Drafter/CAD Designer with a strong construction knowledge along with a successful track record of thriving in a fast-paced, flexible and challenging environment. Successful candidate needs to have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in AutoCAD drafting within the field, and must be a team player, have a positive attitude and be willing to work hard. Candidate must be willing to travel and work onsite in our client’s offices.

Director of EBD Services
Pittsburgh, PA
Cadnetics is looking to fill a full time position for a Director of our Existing Building Documentation Department. The position is very demanding, fast-paced, flexible and challenging. Successful candidate needs to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field measuring and documenting buildings with either a hand held laser or operating a 3D laser scanner, must be a team player, have a positive attitude and be willing to work hard. Candidate must be willing to travel (local and out of town) and have reliable transportation. Salary commensurate on experience.

Drafter – Retail Store Planning – Revit

We are looking to hire a full time Revit Drafter with a successful track record of thriving in a very fast-paced, flexible, professional and challenging environment. Successful candidate needs to have a minimum of 2-4 years experience with Revit software, must have an understanding of architectural documents, and retail store planning knowledge a MUST.
