Case Study-Hartley Rose Building
Cadnetics designed an office space for a company that wanted to expand and relocate to the Hartley Rose Building. The process began by walking through the space with the client. After determining that no accurate plans of the space existed, the first step was to field measure the space with lasers and laptops to produce an accurate base drawing. Following this, our staff met with the client to determine what their minimum space requirement needs were. We then created a space plan drawing to decide if the client could functionally fit in this space. After gaining approval of the design by the client, we were contracted to provide interior design services, such as material and color selection, customized millwork design, accent wall design, and casework design. To aid the design process, our 3D Department developed a 3D model complete with realistic colors and materials to provide a realistic visual of what the space would look like. Once the design was approved, we were contracted to produce all of the construction drawings for the bid process. This included floor plans, demolition plan, reflected ceiling plan, electrical plan, furniture plan, finish plan, millwork details, casework details, and interior elevations. This project encompassed all the phases that one would need in the design process.
