Beechwood Commons is a multi-million dollar townhouse development located in the Squirrel Hill section of Pittsburgh. After teaming with the project architect, Cadnetics staff worked closely for nine months producing all of the construction documents for the four building, 12 unit complex. The requirements for this shell package included floor plans, site plans, elevations, building sections, wall sections, trim joist details, stair details, elevator details, door and window schedules, foundation plans, framing plans, site details and structural details. All told, Cadnetics staff produced over 80 construction drawings under the direction of the architect. Furthermore, our staff produced interior package drawings for selected units, which included, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior elevations, bathroom elevations and details, millwork elevations and details, building sections, enlarged elevator plans and sections and stair plans, elevations, sections and details. |
